Just Living Healthcare is a specialty medical practice offering minor urgent care, lactation services for moms and babies, and women's health services in the Anacortes area. 

Office visits are available seven days a week in downtown Anacortes. Home visits are provided throughout Skagit County including Anacortes, Whidbey Island, Mount Vernon and La Conner. Visits outside of this area can be considered on a case by case basis.

Online video visits are also available for anyone located throughout Washington state and can be accommodated at the last minute for urgent care or breastfeeding issues. 

Miri is able to provide a variety of healthcare services including well and sick visits for all members of the family, gynecological services, and breastfeeding support to new moms and babies.  Miri also provides short consultations including birth control consults, obstetric consults to work on birth plans and answer pregnancy related questions, and general healthcare consults used to address a specific medical problem, chronic medical condition, or to discuss wellness and preventative medical services.  Miri teaches several different classes in an individual and group format. Miri is also available to speak at conferences and for small or large groups in the workplace that may need additional information on a subject within her expertise.

Services

Family Health
Miri provides family health services as a family nurse practitioner. This means that she is able to see children and adults of all ages for well visits and sick visits as needed by the patient. Miri provides comprehensive gynecological services to her patients. She is able to see women of all ages for a variety of women's health related concerns.  Click here for more information.

Obstetric Care
Miri does not provide obstetrical care at this time. However, Miri is available for an obstetric consult at any point in your pregnancy in order to create a birth plan and learn about ways to avoid a cesarean birth. This is a chance to ask any extra questions you may have about pregnancy, labor, and birth in a relaxed setting.

Breastfeeding Care
Miri is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) that provides lactation consultations for breastfeeding moms and babies.  Although breastfeeding does comes easily to a few select women, most moms need some extra help getting breastfeeding established.  A small percentage of women are faced with significant breastfeeding issues and need extensive support from a lactation consultant. Miri is available for all those moms that need extra support, advice, encouragement, diagnosis and treatment of all breastfeeding issues.Click here for more information.

Private and Group Classes
Miri offers several classes for her patients in order to help women and their families achieve their goals. Classes include breastfeeding, childbirth and newborn care. Miri provides individual or group sessions in your home at a time that works for you. Click here for more information.
